dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores de riesgo y la adherencia a la atención prenatal en gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Miraflores Alto-Chimbote-2023. Es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo aplicativo, nivel correlacional, con muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Se tuvo una población de 72 gestantes, obteniendo una muestra de 61 gestantes, durante el periodo de diciembre del 2023 a enero del 2024. Se ejecutó un análisis descriptivo revisando el promedio y frecuencia en razón de las cuantitativas y frecuencia absoluta y porcentajes en razón a las cualitativas. Los datos recolectados fueron procesados en una base de datos mediante el programa SPSS versión 25.0. En los resultados se obtuvo que el 49.1% de gestantes tienen entre 21 a 26 años de edad, 67.2% son pertenecientes de zona urbana, 52.5% tuvo como grado de instrucción la secundaria, 63.9% no trabaja. En los factores personales de riesgo no se encontró una relación significativa con la adherencia a las atenciones prenatales. El factor social de riesgo que se relacionó con la adherencia a la atención prenatal es el apoyo familiar. El factor institucional que se relacionó con la adherencia a la atención prenatal fue el tiempo de espera The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between risk factors and adherence to prenatal care in pregnant women treated at the Miraflores Alto-Chimbote-2023 Health Center. It is a study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, application type, correlational level, with simple random probabilistic sampling. There was a population of 72 pregnant women, obtaining a sample of 61 pregnant women, during the period from December 2023 to January 2024. A descriptive analysis was carried out reviewing the average and frequency based on the quantitative and absolute frequency and percentages based on the qualitative ones. The collected data were processed in a database using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that 49.1% of pregnant women are between 21 and 26 years of age, 67.2% are from urban areas, 52.5% had secondary education as their level of education, and 63.9% do not work. In personal risk factors, no significant relationship was found with adherence to prenatal care. The social risk factor that was related to adherence to prenatal care is family support. The institutional factor that was related to adherence to prenatal care was waiting timees_ES
