| dc.description.abstract | La Institución Jurídica del divorcio por la causal de separación de hecho de los cónyuges, es un problema jurídico que afecta mayormente a nuestra sociedad. En ese sentido, para poder comprender se va a proceder a efectuar un desarrollo sobre los conceptos, y así poder analizar a fondo el caso en concreto. En el presente proceso judicial Expediente: expediente N°: 03792-2020-0-2501-JR-FC-02, tramitado ante el Cuarto Juzgado de Familia de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Santa, que trato sobre la materia de divorcio por la causal DE SEPARACION DE HECHO DE LOS CONYUGES, La parte DEMANDANTE: R. S. A y la demandada : R. L., H. J, por sentencia de primera instancia se declaró fundada la demanda de divorcio, disuelto el vínculo matrimonial y en consecuencia se declare fenecido la sociedad de gananciales y en segunda instancia, se apruebo la sentencia consultada. | es_ES |
